ITEMS INCLUDED: - Item 6 - Dual-Shaft Shredder YH-38130: Crushing chamber 1310*720*510mm. Italian-made planetary gearbox at 1:60 ratio; drive shaft runs at 18RPM, driven shaft at 22RPM, giving a permanent differential speed. Shredding blades are 50mm thick, 26 blades total, 3-claw design, SCM440 tool steel, field re-sharpenable. Forward/reverse rotation capability. Hexagonal shaft with multi-blade, multi-claw, multi-angle arrangement for strong, low-effort cutting. Blades are hardened special steel with long service life, individually replaceable, and can be re-built by welding for reuse. Motor is direct-coupled to the planetary gearbox and then to the drive gearbox, producing low-speed, high-torque operation. Large drive gears are hardened special steel; gearbox runs in an oil bath for smooth, quiet, high-torque, long-duration operation. Low-speed/high-torque design also reduces noise and dust for a better working environment. Wear plates on both sides of the chamber protect the bearings from material ingress. Blades and spacer rings use half-moon inner sleeves, locking outer sleeves, and pressure plates with a multi-point even-load tightening design for a tight, secure fit. Blades and blade rings can be swapped without removing the shaft, drive gears, reducer, or motor. Includes one operation and maintenance manual. Motor/Drive: 75HP*6P.
