Used Beijing Okuma MCR-500 H-e Horizontal Machining Center

The Beijing Okuma MCR-500 H-e is a horizontal machining center set up for accurate, high-volume production work. It carries a 48-tool magazine, so a full range of tools can stay loaded through long machining cycles, and through-spindle coolant is routed to the cutting edge for deep-hole drilling and cavity work. A laser tool setter handles tool measurement and breakage checking. The rotary table indexes in 1° x 1 min increments for accurate angular positioning, and all three axes are fitted with linear scales to maintain positioning accuracy over the full travel. The spindle reaches 15,000 rpm. The machine is used and available for inspection.
