Guosheng GMP 6028 T gantry machining center, manufactured in November 2023 by Nantong Guosheng Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd., serial number 23109909, available from stock. The machine carries a 6000 x 2000 mm worktable rated for a 25 T load, with a door width of 2800 mm. X/Y/Z travels are 6500 x 3300 x 1000 mm, and the spindle nose to table distance ranges from 160 to 1600 mm. The gearhead spindle accepts BT50 tooling and reaches a maximum speed of 6000 rpm. A 24-tool magazine is fitted, together with a semi-automatic head. The guideway configuration is two linear guideways and one box guideway. Control is provided by a FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC system.
