Used Nantong Guosheng QVM 1160 S Vertical Machining Center with FANUC 0i-MF Plus

Guosheng QVM 1160 S heavy-duty vertical machining center, built in 2022 (factory date February 2022, serial number 2112366). The machine is a 1160-size vertical machining center arranged on a heavy rigid structure with two linear guideways and one box guideway on the feed axes for stable heavy cutting. Equipped with the FANUC 0i-MF Plus CNC control system. The BT40 belt-driven spindle runs up to 8000 rpm, and tooling is handled by a 24-tool disc-type automatic tool changer. Worktable size is 1200 x 600 mm with X/Y/Z travels of 1100 / 600 / 600 mm. The machine is supplied with two screw-type chip conveyors, one chain-type chip conveyor and an oil-water separator. Used machine, in current running condition and available for inspection.
